The city of Old San Juan once had a wall surrounding it entirely. This is the original gate through which important people would come if they were arriving via the sea port.
Finally – we were able to get away for a real vacation. Of course as Architects – our vacation is full of exploring Architecture and we love to share what we see. San Juan Puerto Rico, a U.S. Territory is near the top of our list of favorite places. We love the Forts, the Bright Colors and most of all the weather! In San Juan every day is almost the same – hot and sunny!
